# Privacy
The early access list is the only data this site collects.
- What we store
- When you submit the early access form, we store the email address you enter, an optional note about the workflow you want to run, and basic submission context (the page you submitted from and the referring page). Nothing else.
- Why we store it
- To contact you about private early access and the first public release of Operic. It is used for that conversation only.
- What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your address. We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site profiles or automated sales sequences.
- Analytics
- If analytics is enabled on this site, it is a privacy-first, cookieless page measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It does not identify you and does not follow you across sites.
- Retention and removal
- Your address stays on the list until you ask to be removed. Reply to any message we send and we will delete the record and confirm.
- Where it lives
- List data is stored in Cloudflare infrastructure and access is limited to the founding team. The site itself is static; there is no account system attached to this page.
- Changes
- If this policy changes in a material way, the new version will be published here with a revised date.
